Dan & Andrea DeWard previously designed, owned, and operated Studio D2D in Grand Rapids, where they ran three large wedding venues and hosted hundreds of weddings. In 2019, they sold their venues and shifted their focus to doing what they love most: working directly with couples and delivering seamless, mobile wedding services with their trusted team. They also host the Wedding Planning Experts podcast, sharing real-world wedding advice without the fluff.

We are a full-time service and available during the week 9:00am - 8:00pm to help you plan details. Weekend appointments are also available based in availability (if not at a wedding).
We schedule appointments to be sure to block out the appropriate time needed.
Yes. We create packages that specifically fit what a bride and groom are looking for. You are able to reserve just one service and combine services with our team.
The advantage with a package is our team will all work together at your wedding, which helps things run smooth as we all know each other so well. It also takes a lot of stress off a bride and groom in planning details. Dan and Andrea assist in making sure everything runs smooth.

Absolutely. This is something brides and grooms should always know prior to booking with any company. One of the best tips we can offer couples is to confirm exactly who will be providing services at their wedding. This should be known before signing an agreement and paying a deposit or retainer. With our team, you will always know.
Yes. We provide each of our clients with an online "Client Planning Page". We include detailed planning forms based on what services you have reserved with us.

We are very detailed in helping our clients pre-plan as that is the key to a successful wedding weekend.
To reserve your wedding date, we require a fully signed agreement that details exactly which services you are reserving with us, along with a retainer. Once both are received, your date is officially secured and we begin planning with you.
Remaining balances are due 30 days prior to your wedding date. This is when we begin fine-tuning your details and purchasing the floral products and other items needed for your wedding.
Our focus is not on booking a high volume of weddings every weekend, but rather providing a high level of service to a smaller number of clients. With our years of wedding industry experience, we believe this approach ensures our team is never stressed or overwhelmed. We want the planning process and wedding day to be a positive, fun experience for our clients—and for the Full Circle Weddings team as well.
We typically take on one or two weddings per weekend, depending on the package a couple reserves. When a bride and groom book our team for multiple services, we dedicate our full focus to their wedding. This allows each couple to receive the attention and care they deserve.
Yes. We do this often when a couples have their ceremony and reception at the same location. We will talk with you about the specific location of your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception to determine what you may need in PA equipment for music, microphones, etc.
